➢ Job description:-
▪ Responsible for testing all of all raw materials, packaging materials, water samples (city, potable,
soft and purified), and miscellaneous samples (planning samples, R&D samples, outsourcing,
etc.), using equipment, or chemical analysis to determine if they meet standard and
specifications and reporting analysis data.
▪ Responsible for reporting any non-conformity results resulting from the above-mentioned tests to
the Section Head and conducting the appropriate corrective action.
▪ Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and routine preventive maintenance for lab instruments.
▪ Responsible for exactly following policies, standards, and procedures.
▪ Technical problem-solving, to assure accurate test performance with time-saving.
▪ Perform calibration of certain equipment.
▪ Training new staff.
▪ Sampling of raw and packaging materials.
▪ Perform Raman verification for received raw materials.
▪ Preparation and creation of any analysis documents needed for analysis.
▪ Document work activity, in lab log books.
▪ Participate in developing SOP related to standards.
▪ Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions.
▪ Preparation of the buffer solution and any other solution for analysis.
▪ Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory.
▪ Perform other related duties within the scope of the job description.
▪ Responsible for handling the standards in the QC laboratory.
